We would like it to be easy and that our costumers feel safe when the shop used spare parts for their car on Nemdele.dk
Quality is important to us and our customers, which is why we have a unidirectional quality determination of the goods that you find here with us. This makes sure that you always know what quality the item you have purchased is expected to have.
When you shop for used spare parts at Nemdele.dk, the quality of each product is determined based on a common stand/quality code, which is used by all the auto recyclers/car wreckers associated with Nemdele.
We work purposefully to standardize our quality determination by using a quality determination system and a quality course for the employees who are responsible for the quality determination of the companies' spare parts.
Used spare parts will be of different quality/condition depending on the signs of use on the part. This may vary with the age of the car, the number of kilometers driven and the use of the car.
When you shop at Nemdele.dk, you can see the quality/condition of the individual part in the field "Condition". The condition code tells you what quality the part is expected to have.
There is a slight difference in the way we determine the quality of the spare parts depending on which spare part it is.
The spare parts are divided into four groups:
- Engine, gearboxes and rear axle
- Body parts without bumper
- Bumper
- Other spare parts
The quality codes NYO (New original parts), NYU (New non-original parts) and R (Refurbished parts) can be found under all types of spare parts.
You can find a description of the quality codes here. The description applies to spare parts placed in stock after 17.03.2023.
