How do I find the spare part I need for my car on Nemdele.dk?

On stock at Nemdele you’ll find a wide selection of spare parts for all car brands and models. It is quick and easy to search between the 2.3 million spare parts. Enter the car's registration number or search for the car's brand, model, and year. If you do not find the car part you are looking for, please contact us and we will help you.

How long is the delivery time when I order a spare part from Nemdele?

Most of our orders are shipped to customers the same weekday we receive the order. This means that the product is often delivered to the customer the next weekday. There may be individual items that require a longer handling time before we can send them off.

For orders abroad, a longer delivery time must be expected depending on where the item is to be sent.

How much does it cost to have a spare part sent abroad?

You pay a freight cost when ordering the spare part. This freight price covers the freight to bridge-fixed islands in Denmark. If the package is to be sent abroad, you will be contacted by us after we have received your order. Here we inform you about the freight price for sending the spare part to you. The freight cost will depend on the size of the spare part and where abroad the package is to be delivered.

How do I return the spare part I have bought?

You have 14 days full right of cancellation. If you want to return an item back to us, you must contact Nemdele with information about your reference or invoice number. We will then inform you of the address to which you should return the spare part.

How can I see if the part fits my car?

There is an OEM number on most of our spare parts. If the number matches the OEM number on the spare part that’s in your car now, the part fits.

When you order a coloured car part, you cannot be sure that the colour is identical to that of your own car, even if the colour code is the same, as the colour changes with use. You also cannot buy coloured car parts according to the colour of the pictures of the part, as colours are difficult to reproduce in photos.

Why is there a difference in the prices of the same type of spare parts?

The spare parts that you will find at Nemdele's stock are all fully functional, but as they are used spare parts, there will be a difference in the condition of the parts. There is a difference in how many kilometres the part has driven in the past, how many wear marks it has, etc. This is the explanation for why there is a price difference for the same type of spare parts.

How can I see the quality of the spare parts in Nemdele?

A quality code is indicated in the item's "Condition". If you do not know the meaning of the quality code, you can find an overview with an explanation of the various quality on the tab “Quality”. You find the Quality tab in the top of the front page.

My package from Nemdele is damaged during transport. What do I do?

If you receive a damaged package, do not acknowledge receipt. You must immediately open the package to see if the contents have been damaged. If there is damage to the item, you must contact the transport company and report the damage to your item. You must do the same if the item is broken, even if the package was not damaged on the outside. We are not able to claim compensation for transport damage if you just send the item back to us, so it is important that you report the damage yourself. We don’t replace such goods.

How do I make a complaint about a spare part?

If you have received an item that does not meet your expectations and you wish to make a complaint, you must contact Nemdele with information about the reason for the complaint, preferably with pictures of the item and your reference or invoice number.

Can I drive to any of the car scrapping companies and pick up all the parts that are on Nemdeles website?

The parts that you find on Nemdele.dk are placed in stock at 34 different Danish car scrapping companies. The companies is spread over most of Denmark. So, it is not possible to drive to the nearest car scrapper and find all the parts that you find on the site.

When you order a spare part at Nemdele, we’ll send the item to you. If the spare part is in stock at a company in your local area and you want to collect the item yourself, you are welcome to contact us, and we will find a solution.
